ThisReport presents the key provisions of the recently enacted privatisation legislative framework for Cyprus. The introduction of such framework regarding state-owned enterprises (SOEs) and semi-governmental organisations (SGOs) can be traced back to the 30th of April 2013 issue of the Official Gazette of the Republic of Cyprus.
