Over the last few years, the French mobile phone market has undergone major structural changes. The entry of new operators and the development of new technologies have fostered fierce competition in a sector that is already mature but continuously expanding and mutating. In this context, the French Competition Authority has both accompanied and contributed to the shaping of these evolutions through several advisory opinions and abuse cases in the past few months.
