Appeals Against UK Regulatory and Competition Decisions – All Change?

The UK government has published four consultation proposals1 designed to streamline the various regimes for appealing against decisions of the UK economic and competition regulators.2 If these proposals, published on 20 June 2013, reach the statute books, they will bring about some significant changes for parties seeking to appeal UK regulators’ decisions.
